As part of a financial services group, Ravenscroft provides a service that best suits the needs of your individual clients or the trusts, companies, family office, charities or other organisations that you represent. Ravenscroft has a number of services and tools that offer the opportunity to buy, store and sell physical precious metals for those looking for an alternative investment to diversify existing client portfolios.

We operate accounts for financial services businesses that themselves are regulated by, inter alia, the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, the Jersey Financial Services Commission and the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority.

About

Ravenscroft is a trading name of Ravenscroft Precious Metals Limited (“RPML”) and Ravenscroft Secure Storage Limited (“RSSL”), both of which are registered with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission as Non-Regulated Financial Services Businesses.

The holdings entity is owned approximately 60% by directors and senior management, including chairman Steve Lansdown, and 40% by the public, including clients of the Ravenscroft group of companies.

Yes, we do. We are subject to the Handbook on Countering Financial Crime and Terrorist Financing produced and updated by the Guernsey Financial Service Commission that requires, inter alia, us to determine the source of wealth and the source of the funds that will be used to make investments through us.

It is possible in certain circumstances to accept an introducer that can certify that it is a Guernsey licensed financial services business or an Appendix C business and that it has obtained and holds the client verification required to satisfy the Handbook on Countering Financial Crime and Terrorist Financing issued by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, as updated from time to time.

As part of a wider group, the financials of Ravenscroft are consolidated into the report and accounts produced and published every six months by Ravenscroft Holdings Limited that can be viewed on The International Stock Exchange.
